I was looking at the calculations under the heading Modelling deadline behavior. It seems there is some error in the calculation of the maximum time for major epoch -

39 * 21 * RR_INTERVAL + 19 * RR_INTERVAL + RR_INTERVAL = 1229 * RR_INTERVAL;

Isn't the final answer 839 * RR_INTERVAL or am I missing something?
